Ben je fan van draken, orks, dwergen, elfen en alle andere fantasywezens? Dan moet je maandag zeker naar de lounge komen, want daar gaan we het inmiddels legendarisch geworden Dungeons and Dragons spelen! Dit is een rollenspel, waarbij je je eigen karakter kan creëren. Wil je met je eigen gepersonaliseerde elf of dwerg spelen, kom dan om 20:00 naar de lounge, waar onze eigen Dungeons and Dragons expert je zal bijstaan om te helpen bij het ontwerp! Degenen die met een standaard karakter willen spelen, worden verwacht om 20:30, wanneer de spelregels uitgelegd zullen worden. Het is belangrijk om op tijd te komen zodat je de spelregels kent, want aan dit epische avontuur kan je best niet onbezonnen beginnen! Om helemaal in deze sfeer te zitten en je karakter extra aanmoediging te geven om zijn taak tot een goed einde te brengen, kan je natuurlijk verkleed komen als je favoriete fantasyfiguur.
Naar jaarlijkse gewoonte, vindt er dinsdag de open mic fak plaats. Deze avond is eigenlijk een soort free podium. Je kan iets komen zingen, een gedicht of kortverhaal voorlezen, een muziekstuk spelen… Inschrijven is niet nodig, je kan dus gewoon ter plaatste beslissen of je komt optreden. De avond begint zoals anders om 22:00 en gaat nog steeds door in het M-café.
Extra: er worden deze avond ook tickets voor Lokomotion verkocht.
Woensdag start de ticketverkoop voor het NFKerstfeest van 10 december. Tickets voor studenten kosten 12 euro en zijn verkrijgbaar aan de balie van de Fbib.
NFK organiseert een feedback sessie voor alle filosofie studenten. Donderdag verzamelen we in Auditorium A om 19:00 en kom je alles te weten over NFK. Door jouw mening, suggesties, feedback kan jij ons helpen en onze (internationale) samenwerking verbeteren. Nog wat extra motivatie nodig? We zullen een drankje en wat versnaperingen voorzien, dus we hopen jullie daar allemaal te zien! Als je later wil komen of vragen op voorhand hebt, aarzel dan niet een stuur een mailtje naar praeses@nfk.be.
Lokomotion is terug en dit jaar is het grootste feestconcept van Leuven toe aan de 10de editie! Voor slechts 5 euro heb je toegang tot 8 feestzalen in Leuven, met elk een ander thema. Ook dit jaar mag je weer vette artiesten, straffe promo’s en veel sfeer verwachten! Tickets zijn verkrijgbaar in de cudi. NFK zal zich bevinden in Club Montréal, mis dit niet!
Ook de broodmaaltijd is er deze vrijdag weer om je te verblijden met vers brood, goed gezelschap en gewoon een toffe sfeer! Kom zeker naar de lounge van 12:00 tot 14:00 en geniet van onze NFK-vriendschap.
TOEKOMSTMUZIEK
Maandag 1 december zal er een infomoment plaatsvinden over de cultuurreis. Dit jaar gaat NFK naar Londen, verdere uitleg krijg je dan!

Are you a fan of dragons, orcs, dwarves, elves and other fantasy creatures? Then you should definitely come to the lounge this Monday. We’re going to play the legendary game of Dungeons and Dragons! This is a role-playing game, in which you can create your own character. If you want to do so, come to the lounge at 20:00 our own Dungeons and Dragons expert will be there to assist you with the design! Those who are happy to play with a standard character can join in at 20:30, then the rules will be explained. Don’t be late, because a good understanding of the rules is indispensable for this epic adventure! You can also dress up as your favourite fantasy creature to be completely immersed in the game and to give your character the extra encouragement it’ll need to bring his task to a good end.
Like every year, this Tuesday the open mic faculty bar will take place. This evening is a kind of free podium. You’re welcome to sing, read a poem or a short story, play some music… You don’t need to sign up, so you can decide to participate that evening. The bar starts at 22:00 as usual and is still located in the M-café.
Extra: the tickets for Lokomotion will also be sold then.
Wednesday is the first day to buy your tickets for the NFK faculty Christmas Party, on the 10th of December. Tickets for students costs 12 euro and are sold at the desk of the philosophy library.
NFK organizes a feedback session for all philosophy students. Thursday we gather in Auditorium A at 19:00. There you get to know everything about NFK. You can help to improve our (international) working with your opinion, suggestions, feedback. Need some extra motivation? We will provide drinks and a little snack. Hope to see you there! Lokomotion is back and this year the biggest party concept in Leuven celebrates the 10th edition. For only 5 euro, you have access to 8 party halls in Leuven, each with a specific theme. This year, once again you can expect great artists, promos and atmosphere. Tickets are available in the cudi. NFK will be in Club Montréal. There will also be a special international party in the Social Club.
There’s also the bread meal on Friday to please you with fresh bread, good company and just a great atmosphere! Surely come to the lounge from 12:00 to 14:00 and enjoy our NFK-friendship.
IN THE FUTURE
Monday December 1st there will be an info meeting about the cultural trip. This year NFK goes to London, so definitely don’t miss it!
