Gij kruipt terug uit uw hol, uw thuisheem, uw krocht waar gij veilig slaapt omdat het kussen u zo bekend voorkomt. Gij pakt de trein die rammelt omdat de wagons meer dan tien jaar oud zijn. Gij vertrouwt erop dat de deuren openen op perron 9, want daar moet gij uitstappen. Gij vertrouwt erop dat uw bus richting Gasthuisberg niet kantelt omdat er drieduizend studenten in zitten. Welaan dan, vertrouw er ook maar op dat NFK een fantastische week voor u heeft voorbereid.

Dinsdag: Is het fakbar in café-M vanaf 22.00h. Wij verkopen paaseitjes om VZW Banaka te steunen.

Dinsdag+Woensdag+Donderdag: speelt NFK toneel “Het Ogenblik”. De kaarten zijn te koop in de CuDi (open op woensdag van 16u tot 17u) en in de fakbar. Zoals elk jaar is NFK één der favorieten op het Interfacultair Theaterfestival, dus kwaliteit is gegarandeerd. Deuren om 20.15h in STUK Verbeeckzaal.

Woensdag: doet LOKO haar Partycipation picknick in het Bruulpark. Daar hoort een vriendschappelijk korfbal- en voetbaltornooi bij, tussen 13.00 en 15.00h. Wie graag wil meespelen, kan mailen naar sport@loko.be (verder zijn er op de picknick ook de hele middag lang workshops capoeira en circustechnieken)

Donderdag: GALABAL in de Montréal, tesamen met KLA en Thomas Morus! Voorverkoop vindt plaats tot woensdag (CuDi en fakbar, wat dacht u) Ervoor is er een receptie in Maximo’s (tussen  21.00h en 22.00h + gratis glas cava). Het bal zelf begint om 22.00h: Je krijgt een stijlvol masker, er is een chocoladefontein en een dessertenbuffet, er is vooral veel liefde en veel sfeer. Be there!

Vrijdag: Broodmaaltijd in de salons om 13.00h, om te bekomen.

Mededelingen:
– Maandag 25 maart is de nieuwe interfacultaire basketbalmatch, om 20u in de KHLleuven sportzaal. Geïnteresseerden kunnen een mailtje sturen naar sport@nfk.be, of zich richten tot een praesidiumlid.

– Dinsdag 26 maart is er een Algemene Vergadering. Alle mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn om volgend jaar in het praesidium te gaan: wees welgekomen! Er hangen geen verplichtingen aan vast. De AV zal plaatsvinden in het MSI, in welk auditorium wordt snel bekend gemaakt.

– NFK doet een Open Expo van 30/04 – 02/05!
We zijn op zoek naar artiesten. Dichters, fotografen beeldend kunstenaars en ander uitschot. Wil jij je werk tentoonstellen in de salons voor medestudenten en professoren? Mail dan naar cultuur@nfk.be en wij houden een plaatsje voor je vrij.

– De fakbar van 26/03 staat open voor muzikanten: mensen die alleen, met vrienden of toevallige aanwezigen willen musiceren in de mooiste fakbar van Leuven mailen even naar cultuur@nfk.be

If your mother would be watching you behaving like a fool on the Oude Markt, she wouldn’t be too happy. That’s what someone told me last week. Luckily, he was drunk too. So keep on going, students.

Tuesday: fakbar in café-M, from 22.00h. We will be selling easter eggs for  a good cause; VZW Banaka.

Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday: NFK plays “Het Ogenblik”. Altough it’s a dutch play, it will be a price-winning piece of art, like every year. So if you’re willing to learn some Dutch in a fun way – this is it! The play starts at 21.15h in STUK, Verbeeckzaal. Tickets in the CuDi (open on Wednesday from 16h until 17h) or fakbar.

Wednesday: LOKO does a Partycipation picnic in Bruulpark. There also will be a friendly netball and football tournament between 13.00 and 15.00h. People who want to play, can mail to sport@loko.be (the afternoon will be filled with capoeira workshops and circus techniques workshops).

Thursday: PROM in Montréal, along with KLA and Thomas Morus! Presale takes place until Wednesday (in the CuDi and Fakbar, ofcourse) There’s a reception at Maximo’s on beforehand (from 21.00-22.00 + free glass of cava). When you enter the prom itself at 22.00h, you get a stylish mask. there’s  a chocolate fountain and dessert buffet, there’s lots of love and a great, classy vibe. We expect you!

– Monday, March 25 is the new inter-faculty basketball game, at 20h inLeuvengym. Every male member of NFK can send an email to sport@nfk.be, or address a praesidiumlid.

– On Tuesday the 26^th of March, there’s a General Meeting of NFK. If you’re planning to join the praesidium next year: be welcome! No strings attached, so you can just come and listen. It will take place at the MSI, the exact auditorium will be announced asap.

– NFK does an Open Expo from 30/04 to 02/05!
We are looking for artists. Poets, photographers, artists and other outcasts. Want to exhibit your work in the salons for fellow students and professors? Mail to cultuur@nfk.be and we will keep a place for you in our exposition.

– The fakbar of 26/03 is open to musicians, people who are alone, with friends or casual attendees who want to play music in the most beautiful fakbar of Leuven. Interested? mail to cultuur@nfk.be.

 

We start the week on Tuesday, because NFK was asleep on Monday. They just came back from a trip through communism and art. You should tryBerlinsome time!

Tuesday: Our fakbar will be extra international: LOKO decided to hop in during their international fakbar trip. That’s a good reason to promote Belgian Beers (yes, two capitals). Be there, and be overwhelmed by some of the better beers in the world.

Wednesday: is a perfect day to play in the snow. Go out and have fun, children.

Tuesday: will be remembered as the day we defeated Katechetika AGAIN. It’s the traditional Thomas cup at 13.00h in the KBC venues (Heverlee). In this annual soccer game against Katechetika, we defend the possession of the Thomas cup, named after some unknown philosopher. We need some girls who want to join the girl team! contact sport@nfk.be

We end the day with the best comedy movies ever. Monty Python will always be one of the all time favourites. Join at 20.00h, the exact location in the MSI will be announced!

Friday: weekly dose of cosiness in the salons. The Breadmeal starts at 13.00h.

Tickets for our prom are to buy in the cudi or in the fakbar! Our prom (together with Thomas Morus and KLA) will take place the 21th of march

We’re almost done with the education evaluation, but that’s no reason to stop spreading the word: fill in that document if you haven’t done it yet! It is so important for every student philosophy!

Onze week begint op dinsdag, want het hele praesidium is van de kaart door de Berlijnreis. Maandag hebben wij al onze emoties en slaaptekorten verwerkt. Niet dat we zoveel emoties hebben, maar toch.

Dinsdag: komt LOKO langs met internationale studenten. Zij organiseren een internationale fakbartocht, en dan is het niet meer dan logisch dat ze onze staminee aandoen. We promoten een Belgisch bier, jullie promoten Belgische student, okay? Vanaf 22.00h in café-M.

Woensdag: mogen jullie in de sneeuw spelen! Hup, kinderen.

Donderdag: gaan we Katechetika weer vernederen op de Thomascup. Om 13.00h beginnen we met verschillende teams voetbalmatchen te spelen tegen hen (KBC-hallen, Heverlee). Naar jaarlijkse gewoonte winnen we alles, maar het zou leuk zijn mochten we ook een meisjesteam kunnen samenstellen. Vrouwen aller landen, mailt naar sport@nfk.be als ge interesse hebt!

Om 20.00h gaan we gezellig grappige films begapen. We spelen Monty Pythonfilms, de betere films die ooit gemaakt zijn. We zorgen natuurlijk voor omkadering. Location will be announced!

Vrijdag: broodmaaltijd met boterhammen, warmte en liefde. 13.00h in de salons.

Toekomstmuziek:

Jullie moeten veel geld uitgeven: ten eerste voor het NFK toneelstuk, dat volgende week drie keer wordt opgevoerd. Alle informatie staat op de facebookpagina en onze site, www.nfk.be . Ten tweede voor ons galabal, op 21 maart (tesamen met KLA en Thomas Morus). Tickets voor beide zijn te vinden in de cudi en worden verkocht in de fakbar.

De onderwijsevaluatie zit er bijna op, maar dat is geen reden om af te geven. De laatste loodjes moeten nu geknald worden uit jullie loodjesgeweren. Het is belangrijk voor elke student filosofie, dus klik gewoon even op de link!
