Welcome all to the first installment of NFK Movie Nights! For our first evening we will be watching ‘Je, tu, il, elle’ by Chantal Akkerman.
After the movie there will be time to discuss the movie. This discussion will start with a philosophical reflection on the movie by our very own Thibault Coigniez.

22:00 – 04:00 Party Crashers

We’re going on a Fakbar Tour!
There are a lot of different Fakbars in Leuven. We’ll see which ones are the most fun to crash. We meet at the Institute at 10PM. If you want to join along the way, we’ll definitely keep you posted on where we are through Facebook, so check out the event!

First Years Weekend!

All the new students are invited to join us for a weekend getaway into the woods of the vast and wild Limburg. Get to know your fellow philosophy students and have a terrific time! Campfires, philosophical talks and a lot of fun activities are lined up for hopefully the best weekend of your life. We’ll go to the location together by train, more info will follow. At the NFK Peter-Meter event, you will meet an older philosophy student who will help you with whatever you need. Join us at the institute as we go on a pubcrawl in search for your buddy or meet meet them at Institute, if pubs aren’t your thing.

Every Friday we organize a breadmeal in the Lounge, where you can eat as many as you want for only €1,50 (If you do your dishes!). You pay €2,50 at first, but get €1 back if you clean your own plate, cutlery, glass …
This week it’s not a regular breadmeal. Delicious self-made French Toast will be provided! Come and enjoy this feast.
